You built a brilliant coaching business. But somewhere between the email platform, the client onboarding, and the 47 tabs open, you got buried. I help you get out. Weekly tips, actual answers, no jargon.

Hiya Reader,

Did you know one of my first jobs out of college was doing PR for an auto airbag manufacturer that was on fire? Several days a week. Not metaphorically, literally on fire. Crisis communications was basically my whole job description.

After that, I landed what probably looked like a dream gig to a lot of people. I was the PR Manager for Honey Nut Cheerios, and one summer I traveled the country with Earth, Wind, and Fire, and the O'Jays while we were sponsoring the Sweet Sounds of Soul Tour.

It sounds glamorous. And honestly, for a season, it was fun.

But it was also the moment I realized corporate life wasn't for me. I was gone constantly. I missed my family and my sweet little house. And I was so on script that most of what made me, me, never got to show up at all.

A lot has changed since then, and I could not be happier with what I do now.

I have just as much passion, maybe more, for the work I do helping coaches with tech and systems. Here's the thing about tech that most people don't expect me to say. I love it because there's always something new to learn. Not for the sake of learning, but because that new thing, that tool, that system, that little tweak, can completely change how someone runs their business and lives their life.

The most incredible thing about this work?

I get to demystify tech for coaches who feel like it's this big scary mountain. For me, tech just clicks. It always has. Kind of like sitting down at a piano when I was five years old and playing something I'd heard on the radio, no lessons, no warning, just... I could do it. Nobody knew I had that ability until that moment, including me.

Tech is like that for me. And I get to use that gift to help brilliant coaches stop feeling behind and start feeling free.

I get to help someone go from 'I'll never get this, I might as well give up' to 'wait... I actually just did that?' And that confidence doesn't stay in the tech box. It leaks into everything else they do.

And honestly? Doing this work lets me be more fully myself than corporate ever did. No script. Just me, doing what comes naturally, helping people I genuinely care about.

So thank you. Thank you for being here and being part of this. I can't imagine doing anything else.

Have a powerful day,
Allegra
