You built a brilliant coaching business. But somewhere between the email platform, the client onboarding, and the 47 tabs open, you got buried. I help you get out. Weekly tips, actual answers, no jargon.

Hello Reader,

This week, despite my resistance, I went back to batching my content. I got really good at it when I was heads-down in podcast production, but somewhere along the way I fell off the wagon with my blog content. I kept thinking about opening my scheduler and seeing everything already done, and knowing it's quietly working to bring the right people into my world. That's what finally got me back on track.

Which reminds me of the advice that gets tossed around constantly in our coaching world.

"You need to post every single day if you want to grow your audience and get new clients."

Which begs the question... is that really true?

To which I say: no, and chasing that standard is one of the biggest reasons coaches stay stuck in overwhelm instead of actually signing clients.

Now, don't get me wrong. When I first started thinking about social media as a means for clients to find me, I felt the pressure like everyone else. Post more. Show up more. Be everywhere. And trying to keep up with all of it left me creating content just to create content, with no real strategy behind it. I hated it and fell behind almost immediately.

But here's what I've learned: trying to be everywhere at once is a lot like trying to attract just any client. It sounds productive, but it dilutes everything. When you get focused about where you show up and who you're talking to, the right people find you. Conversations start. Clients come. And they're the ones you actually want to work with.

Here's how I want to encourage you to start simply:

First, pick ONE platform and learn it well. Where are your ideal clients actually spending time? Start there. One platform done with purpose will generate far more leads than five platforms done halfheartedly. (You thought I was going to say half something else, didn't you?)

Second, focus on consistency over frequency. A steady rhythm of two or three strategic posts a week, ones that speak directly to your ideal client's struggles and dreams, will do more for client acquisition than daily posting with no clear message. Show up reliably, and your audience will learn to trust you.

Third, batch your content so it actually gets done. Block out a few focused hours once a month, create everything at once, schedule it, and walk away. When your content goes out consistently, it builds the know-like-trust factor that turns followers into paying clients.

You don't need to be everywhere all the time to grow your business. You need the right message, in the right place, reaching the right people, on repeat.

That's what gets you clients. Not exhaustion.

You can do this. I believe in you, Reader,.

Have a powerful day,

Allegra
