I was in my mastermind group on Friday when one of my brilliant friends said something that stopped me cold.

She's removing the word "overwhelmed" from her vocabulary entirely. Replacing it with "in high demand."

I just sat with that for a second, because think about it. The things piling up, the requests coming in, the to-do list that never ends? That's not overwhelm. That's evidence that what you bring to the world is valuable and people really want it. What a reframe.

I spent the whole weekend practicing it instead of using the word overwhelmed and I can testify: it works. Try it this week and see what happens.

Anyway, I wanted to pop in and share a few things I've been loving lately.
